1. Introduction

Welcome to Tejasvi 2026, the official Inter-College Fest and Tech Fest organized by Marian Engineering College, Menamkulam, Trivandrum. By accessing this website and registering for any event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration & Eligibility

  • All registrations must be completed through the official website.
  • Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment (if applicable).
  • Participants must be currently enrolled students of a recognized institution unless stated otherwise.
  • A valid student ID must be produced at the time of entry if requested.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must maintain respectful behavior towards fellow participants, organizers, judges, and guests.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
  • Participants must follow all venue rules and institutional guidelines.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify or remove any participant for misconduct without refund.

4. Event Modifications

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, rules, or judges if necessary. In case of unforeseen circumstances, events may be postponed, rescheduled, converted to online mode, or cancelled. Participants will be informed through official communication channels.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All works submitted during competitions must be original.
  • Plagiarism or copyright infringement may result in immediate disqualification.
  • By submitting work, participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive right to use, publish, and display the work for promotional or documentation purposes, with due credit.

6. Media Consent

By participating in Tejasvi 2026, you consent to photography, videography, and recording during the event. The organizers may use such media for promotional activities, social media, official publications, and future event marketing. Participants who wish to opt out must inform the organizing committee in writing prior to the event.

7. Limitation of Liability

Marian Engineering College and the organizing committee shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event. Participants attend and compete at their own risk.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any event or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
